客房服务生 Cabin Steward / Stewardess

-清洁、消毒并保持指定站点内客舱、阳台、食品储藏室、手推车、机器以及走廊的整洁，以符合公司的规定。标准
-补充迷你吧内的所有消耗品，并提供毛巾、卫生纸和肥皂等供应物品，以提供专业的客舱服务。
-在需要时与客房服务人员合作提供客房服务，以满足客人的需求。
-与香港接待人员合作，提供优质的行李服务，并帮助客人与接待处取得联系，以减少语言障碍。障碍；限制；阻碍
-根据客人的要求收取并送回衣物，以提供专业的客房服务。
-遵循香港单间服务模式，分配以下晚间工作任务：食品储藏室工作、毛巾折叠与卷放、递送、相关文件递送、洗衣递送、客舱服务呼叫、公共及游泳区清洁、船员舱室及船员区域清洁。
-负责套房及贵宾客舱的晚间整理服务工作
- 报告机舱维护问题，以确保能够迅速且有效地解决问题解决方案
- 若部门经理有要求，将履行其他职责/任务
- 为营造支持良好安全文化的良好工作环境提供协助。
-负责确保其团队能够实施并持续有效地进行工作场所的监督与管理。
-在自己的职责范围内，执行并推广团队/部门的安全操作规程
- Cleans, sanitizes, and maintains tidy Guests cabin / balcony / pantry /
trolley / machine and corridor of assigned station to adhere to Company
standards
- Refills all consumables in the mini-bar and provides to supply items such
as towels, toilet paper and soap to deliver a professional cabin service
- Provides room service when needed in cooperation with the room
service colleagues to satisfy Guests requests.
- Collaborate with HK steward to provide excellent luggage service and
Helps Guests to get in touch with the reception to reduce language
barriers
- Takes and returns laundry as per Guests request to deliver professional
cabin service
- Follows the HK one cabin service only Model, assigned to the following
evening duties: pantry duty, towels folding, rolling, and delivering,
Collateral papers, if any, delivering, Laundry delivering, Cabin service
calls, Public and Pool area cleaning, Crew cabin and crew area cleaning
- In charge of Evening Turn Down service for Suites and VIP guests’ cabins
- Reports cabin maintenance problems to provide fast and effective
solutions
- Performs other duties / tasks if required by Line Manager
- Facilitate a work environment that supports a successful safety culture.
Is responsible for ensuring that his/her team implements and
maintains an effective supervision and management of workplace.
- Enforce and promote Safety procedures in the team/Department
under responsibility
