-负责按照副厨师长的安排完成指定的厨房用品生产工作,依照公司总部提供的标准食谱进行操作。
-监督现有设备的正确使用,以维持设备的正常运行水平,并根据操作手册完成更换设备的订单。
-与全体船员合作,通过持续的培训来提升他们的技能,同时对所有船员在指定厨房内的优缺点进行评估,并依照操作手册进行操作。
-制定有效的计划,以确保浪费和/或过度生产的情况保持在低限度,同时遵循公司制定的标准和程序。
-每日按照公司标准及卫生安全规范监督清洁流程。
-每当出现与食品相关的问题时,都要及时通知副厨师长,并提供快速有效的解决方案。
-按照副厨师长的指示进行产品生产工作,
-为客人的餐厅提供优质的菜品选择,符合操作手册的要求。
-经常向直接主管提出改进建议,以提高工作标准,并保持对工作的热情。
-每日检查各销售点的食品生产情况,以确保提供优质的服务,并符合公司标准。
-按照操作手册的要求,检查从仓库收到的所有物资,并立即报告任何差异情况。
- 若部门经理有要求,将履行其他职责/任务
-营造一个有利于建立成功安全文化的办公环境。
- 负责确保其团队能够实施并持续维持对工作场所的有效监督与管理。
在自己的职责范围内,执行并推广团队/部门的安全操作规程
- Responsible for assigned galley items production, as assigned by Sous
Chef, following the standard recipes provided by the Corporate Office
- Supervises the correct handling of existing equipment in maintaining par
levels of equipment and completes orders for replacing according to
Operational Manual
- Works with all crewmembers to improve their skills with continuous
training reviewing the strengths and weaknesses of all crewmembers
within the assigned galley, following Operational Manual
- Plan effectively to ensure wastages and/or over production is kept to a
minimum, adhering the Company set standards and procedures
- Supervises cleaning procedure daily according to company standards
and USPH
- Inform Sous Chef whenever there’s a problem arises with regards to
food items; to provide a fast and effective solution
- Follows the instructions of Sous Chef on the products production,
provide a good selection to Guests’ Restaurant, in accordance with
Operational Manual
- Makes frequent suggestions to the direct supervisor to improve
standards and keep the interest on the job
- Checks outlets food production daily, to ensure an excellent quality
service is provided, in accordance with Company standards
- Checks all provisions received from Storeroom and report discrepancies
immediately, as per Operational Manual
- Performs other duties / tasks if required by Line Manager
- Facilitate a work environment that supports a successful safety culture.
- Is responsible for ensuring that his/her team implements and
maintains an effective supervision and management of workplace.
- Enforce and promote Safety procedures in the team/Department
under responsibility
