1. To assist Purchasing Manager on source, review, and recommend the hotel suppliers

2. To process, document and file all the PR and PO for Banyan Tree

3. To purchase food and beverage items and other goods according to standard set by the Purchasing Manager

4. To review with the storekeeper for par stock level of all inventory items
与仓管员一同盘点仓库库存。
5. To ensure, maintain and control all goods ordered are according to the specs and come in time

6. To maintain all records for the purpose of legal and governmental purposes.

7. Observe the Labor Law.
