We are looking for Guest Services Officer-Spa and Fitness
【Job Responsibilities】
To ensure the smooth and efficient operation of reception and guest service areas for Spa and
Fitness. To be completely aware of the concepts,activities of the Spa &Fitness Center,and to promote these actively, completely familiar with all spa facility opening and closing hours as well as product and services offered.
【Job Requirements】
1. Excellent communication skills, speak clearly, concisely andconfidently
2. Fluent in spoken and written English
3. Maintain high standards of personal image and grooming
4. Able to adapt to flexible shifts
5. Have a good sense of guest service and teamwork spirit
