JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Managing the installation, configuration and implementation for hardware, networks, business software and property management systems for a new hotelLiaising with appropriate support organization relating to system problemsOversee the smooth running of all IT systems within the hotelProviding users first-level support in all aspects of ITMaintaining user accounts with level of authorizationScheduling and performing regular data and systems back-upEnsuring PCI compliance and data security
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Relevant education and working experienceExcellent interpersonal skills and team player approachProblem solverKnowledge of hotel systems, experience with Opera and Micros a net advantageKnowledge of networking and cabling systemsFluent in Mandarin, knowledge of English is considered an advantage.
