5. Note down all the guest record and introduce how to use the facilities
有客人健身要做好登记,随时向客人介绍器械的使用
6. Make sure the safety of the guest, give the proper guidance when it necessary.
负责健身房所有器材的清洁工作,保持健身场地的整洁。
7. Introduce all the sport items and their specialty to the guest. Familiar with all the functions of the equipment. Collecting members’ information and update guest history, provide personalizes service to our guest.
负责向客人介绍有关运动项目及特点。熟练掌握各种健身器材的性能运动,收集健身会员情况,做好健身会员的档案记录和管理工作,为客人提供个性化服务.
8. Responsible for cleaning of all the equipment and keep the environment clean and tidy
确保客人的安全,适当的时候给客人指导与帮助.
9. Remind the guest to take good care for their kid and accompany their kid which is blow 1.4 meter if they want to enter the gym room.
提醒带小孩的客人注意看管好小孩,1.4米以下小孩有家长陪同方可进入
10. Ensure all employees dealing with cash accounts need to sign the petty cash agreement, abide by all Marriott International's policy especially "Marriott International Cash Over/Short Policy" and the hotel's local cash over/short policy, and follow the cash control procedures in lSRA and CSAT
