防损员 Loss Prevention Officer

一、核心职责 / Core Responsibilities
负责酒店日常安全保卫工作，包括巡逻、门岗值守、车辆引导等，维护酒店内外秩序。
Perform daily security duties including patrolling, gatekeeping, and vehicle guidance to maintain order inside and outside the hotel.
2.持有有效的CCTV监控系统操作证件，熟练操作监控设备，负责实时监控、录像调取及异常情况记录。
Possess valid CCTV operation certification, proficiently operate surveillance systems, conduct real-time monitoring, retrieve footage, and document incidents.
3.协助处理突发事件，如火灾、医疗急救、治安事件等，并按照应急预案迅速响应。
Assist in handling emergencies such as fires, medical crises, or security incidents, responding promptly according to established protocols.
4.对进出酒店的人员、车辆进行登记、检查与管理，确保符合安全规定。
Register, inspect, and manage personnel and vehicles entering/exiting the hotel to ensure compliance with security policies.
5.定期检查消防设施、安全通道及其他安防设备，确保其完好有效。
Regularly inspect firefighting equipment, emergency exits, and other security devices to ensure functionality.
6.为客人及员工提供基本安全协助与指引，提升酒店安全服务体验。
Provide basic safety assistance and guidance to guests and staff, enhancing the overall security service experience.
二、监控室职责（持CCTV证件侧重） / CCTV Control Room Duties (CCTV Certification Focused)
24小时不间断监控酒店各区域，及时发现并报告可疑行为或安全隐患。
Monitor all hotel areas 24/7, promptly identifying and reporting suspicious activities or safety risks.
2.按规定保存监控录像资料，并确保数据安全与保密；配合相关部门调取证据。
Archive surveillance footage as required, ensuring data security and confidentiality; provide evidence retrieval support to relevant departments.
3.熟悉监控系统故障应急流程，能进行基础设备维护与报修。
Familiar with emergency procedures for system failures; able to perform basic troubleshooting and report repairs.
三、协作与沟通 / Collaboration & Communication
与前台、客房部等部门保持紧密沟通，协同处理安全问题。
Maintain close communication with front desk, housekeeping, and other departments to address security issues collectively.
2.协助管理层完成安全培训与演练，提升团队应急能力。
Assist management in conducting safety training and drills to improve team emergency response capabilities.
四、任职要求 / Qualifications
具备保安从业资格证，持有效的CCTV操作证件者优先。
Valid security work permit; CCTV operation certification is preferred.
2.身体健康，责任心强，能适应轮班制工作。
Physically fit, responsible, and adaptable to shift work.

本岗位需严格遵守酒店安全制度与国家法律法规。
This role requires strict adherence to hotel security policies and national laws/regulations.
持有CCTV证件者将作为关键技能在考核与晋升中予以侧重。
CCTV certification will be emphasized as a key skill in performance evaluations and promotions.
