[Job Responsibilities]
1. Follow the company's policies and procedures and act according to brand standards.
2. Be familiar with the food and beverage menu, confidently explain it to guests, understand their dining needs, and provide appropriate recommendations.
3. Make sure the restaurant area is set up to standard for each meal period, including table settings, buffet setup, having all equipment ready, and attending pre-meal meetings arranged by supervisors.
4. Keep the buffet area clean and tidy.
5. Keep the service counter clean and tidy.
6. Communicate effectively with the kitchen.
7. Fully understand the menu items to promote them better.
8. Be polite and friendly with guests and colleagues.
9. Present the menu to guests and take beverage orders.
10. Recommend dishes and drinks.
11. Clear table trash.
12. Reset tables immediately after guests leave.
13. Replenish cleaning supplies in each area in a timely manner.
14. Place and replace linens in appropriate locations.
15. Complete tasks assigned by the manager and supervisor.
16. Attend all training arranged by the hotel.
17. Fully understand service procedures.
18. Work quickly during busy periods.
19. Be flexible with scheduling.
20. Collaborate with the team when necessary.
