• Able to demonstrate outstanding performance in both maintaining key corporate accounts and hosting large-scale meetings and events.

• Capable of developing differentiated annual sales plans, budgets, and marketing strategies for the Corporate and MICE segments respectively.

•To manage group bookings in relation to room availability, room type and customer spending potential to maximize rooms.

• Minimum 2 years of experience as Director of Sales in luxury hotels.

• To participate in development of marketing plan, sales action plan, profit plan, and marketing
audits.

• To manage group bookings in relation to room availability, room type and customer spending potential to maximize rooms.

intelligence. Prepare weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual reports as
