SCOPE岗位概述
To organize and
arrange all guest pick up and drop off services according to the guest
requirements and to ensure that guests, requiring this service are picked up
from any location within the least waiting time possible and are transferred to
the hotel.
该职位负责组织和安排客人的接送机服务，并确保客人在任何地点提出接机需求时，在最短的时间内接到客人并把客人送至酒店。

Main responsibilities 主要职责
Maintain the highest standard of personal appearance.
保持良好的个人外表。
Conduct, hygiene and posture.
行为举止和个人卫生。
Assist guest in loading the luggage in the trunk of the limousine.
协助客人装卸行李。
Guest Name will be used throughout the conversation.
对客沟通中中称呼客人的姓名。
Wear Name tag and be well groomed.
佩戴名牌并着装得体。
Be fully conversant with all hotel activities and promotions.
了解酒店内的促销及各种活动。
Exhibit a friendly manner with smile.
友好的微笑。
Respect guest’s presence when interacting with other Colleagues.
与其他同事说话时注意客人的存在。
Ascertain if guest would like to listen to the radio.
确定客人是否收听收音机。
Ensure standard amenities (water still, sparkling, chilled and room temperature).
确保设施的标准（水，气泡水，室温）。
Ensure to report back to Chief Concierge or any Executive in case of any minor or major accident during the process of driving or any other event.
在驾驶过程中出现任何问题要及时向礼宾部经理和行政管理人员汇报。
Ensure all vehicles are in safe, clean and well maintained driving condition.
确保所有车辆都处于安全、清洁和良好的驾驶状态。

the business and of the hotel.
