Primary Responsibilities主要职责
1· Talent’s checking in and checking out.
办好人才入职及离职手续。
2· Set up and update personnel files。
建立与更新人事档案
3· Makes a record of talents who need timekeeping assistance and advice.
记录人才上下班打卡记录并给予建议。
4· Maintain talent leave record
记录并保存人才请假记录。
5· Check according to hotel policy.
核对请假是否符合酒店制度。
6· Transfer and split all kinds of forms.
传递分发各种单子
7· Assist in the routine function of Personnel Administration as well as talent welfare & benefit and all talent activities.
协助日常人事管理工作,以及参与办理人才福利、组织人才活动。
8· Management of Talent Locker keys
人才更衣柜钥匙的管理
9· Prepare Talent Restaurants Voucher for each department.
为各部门制作人才餐餐劵。
10· Maintains and updates talent records, legal documents, policies and procedures and other personnel matters.
管理和更新人才的档案、法律法规文件、酒店规章制度与工作程序,以及其它人事文件。
11· Entering information of new talents into SHIJI system, and filling in talent initial emolument form.
新人才录入人事系统,填写起薪单。
12· Entering and updating validity periods of talents health certificates.
录入更新人才健康证。
Knowledge and Experience知识和经验
1· Fluent written English, and can communicate orally
英语书面语流利,口语可以交流
2· Good computer skills and management ability.
良好的电脑技能及管理能力
3· Can complete each work task designated in the above Job Description independently with good communication & coordination capability
