酒店经理 Hotel Manager

Primary Responsibilities主要职责
1.Responsible for delivering results that contribute to the mission and
overall success of the hotel.
负责传递有助于实现酒店使命和成功的结果。
2.Responsible for the hotel in the absence of the General Manager.
在总经理休息期间，酒店经理负责酒店事宜。
3.Develop, recommend, implement and manage the operational department’s annual
and long term goals.
制定、推荐、实施和管理运营部门的年度和长期目标。
4.Ensure that all operations departments are maximizing revenue and profit
potentials while minimizing costs.
确保各运作部门在最大限度降低成本的同时，实现收入和利润的最大化。
5.Manage the operations of the hotel in order to maximize profitability
and to ensure superior guest service and product quality.
管理酒店运营，以最大限度的提高利润，并确保优质的对客服务和产品质量。
6.Evaluates changes in guest needs, the guest mix and competitive set, to
recommend appropriate product/service and operational changes as necessary.
评估客人的需求，不同的客人及竞争者的变化，根据需要推荐合适的产品和服务，并根据需要调整运营。
7.Ensures guest and employee satisfaction, while
maintaining market competitiveness and exceptional financial performance.
确保客人及人才的满意度，同时保持市场竞争力及卓越的财务业绩。
8.Anticipate and address guest issues and establish proactive processes to
promote guest satisfaction.
参与并解决客人的问题，建立积极主动的处理流程从而提高客人的满意度。
Knowledge and Experience知识与经验
1.College degree or above.
本科或以上学历
2.8 years or above experience in hotel management. in the area of
recruitment at 4 or 5 star international hotels
八年或以上四星或五星级国际品牌酒店管理工作的经验
3.Fluent written & spoken English.
流利的英语读写能力。
4. Work honestly with strong responsibility, fairly handle matters
工作认真负责，作风正派，处事公正，有良好的素质。
5.Strong communicator, exhibits exceptional leadership in motivating and exerting positive influences, resulting in positive relationship with colleagues.

6.Highly organized, with a keen eye for detail and a drive to achieve targets.

7.Interpersonal skills to deal with guests and talent issues
