Main Responsibilities 主要职责
1.The main responsibility of this position is to follow the instruction of the supervisor, complete the guestroom maintenance task.
主要职责是按照上级要求，完成客房日常维修保养工作。
2.Responsible for hotel guestroom area daily maintenance and each guestroom no less then 3 times preventive maintenance according to Fairmont Hotel policy.
负责酒店客房区域的日常维修和根据费尔蒙集团的政策每年每间客房不少于三次的预防性维保。
3.Specialized tools and other tools & equipment should be used and kept well, especially preventing the occurrence of accidents when using carpenter machine.
合理使用和保管好专用工具和其它工具设备，特别是使用木工机械的时候防止事故发生。
Knowledge and Experience知识和经验
1.Give priority to electrician, have a certain understanding of fitter, plumber, air conditioner, carpentry, oiler professional knowledge, have one specialization, multiple abilities, and strong hands-on ability.以电工优先，对钳工、管工、空调、木工、油工专业知识有一定的了解，具备一专多能，动手能力强。
2.Technical school or above.
技校以上学历。
3.Hard-working.
肯吃苦耐劳。
4.Responsible .
责任心强。
5.Relevant work experience is preferred.
有相关工作经验优先考虑。
