公共区域主管(J11346)

工作职责：
• To distribute assignment to PA attendant给保洁员分配任务
• To tour the entire public area in sequence.按顺序巡视整个公共区域
• To ensure proper cleaning, vacuuming are being done in the restaurant outlets, function rooms, lobbies and rest rooms.确保在餐厅出口、多功能厅、大堂和洗手间进行合适的清理，如清洗、用吸尘器
• To report any damage of carpet or furniture, etc. for immediate repairs.要及时汇报地毯和家具的损坏，以便急修及降低损失
• To keep following up the repairing work until it has been completed.跟踪急修事宜，确保维修已经完成
• To check equipment to assure they are functional, clean and properly stored.检查确保机器的被清洁、正常工作及妥善存放
• To check all the rest rooms frequently to keep up a hygienic standard.检查所有洗手间始终处于高卫生标准
• To coordinate with outlet managers for adequate cloakroom service if there is special function.与公关经理协调沟通在一些特殊时间段安排足够的衣帽间、休息室服务
• To arrange toilet attendants for standing by during the VIP function.当有VIP客人时安排充分的洗手间服务员
• To check back stairs to assure the cleanliness is maintained.检查楼梯确保卫生及清洁
• To do special assignment given by the supervisor.完成主管分配的其它工作
任职资格：
• At least one to two years of experience as PA Supervisor in luxury hotel establishment.
至少两年的奢华酒店PA主管经验
• Good eyesight.视力良好
• Must be physically fit and able to work long hours.身体健康，能够适应长时间工作
