工作职责：
• To make daily a thorough mis－en－place of all items featured on the menu.
• 每日食品备料。
• To help prepare orders according to standard established.
• 按照标准协助备货。
• To keep all the food items correctly stored.
• 正确储藏所有食品。
• To bring food requisitions and act as a runner, when required.
• 当有需要时，派送食品订单至其它部门。
• To work closely with the Senior Cook.
• 与其他员工密切合作。
• To keep the areas clean and tidy.
• 确保工作环境干净整洁。
• To follow and enforce hygiene and safety standards set by the Hotel and Food & Hygiene Department.
• 贯彻和执行酒店和卫生部门指定的卫生和安全标准。
• To know the Hotel‘s fire and safety procedures and operation of kitchen and fire fighting equipment.
• 知道酒店消防和安全程序以及厨房灭火设备的操作。
