工作职责:
• To be familiar with Hotel’s policies & procedures.
充分了解酒店的规章制度
• To report to work on time, uniform to be clean & tidy, including name tag. Personal appearance and grooming conform the Brand Service Standards
及时汇报工作,保持制服,铭牌的整洁和完整,保持个人形象始终符合集团的规范和要求
• Knowing the names and positions of the hotel’s management and their respective extensions.
了解酒店管理层的名字以及相应的职位,能够了解他们的分机号
• To be conversant with the OnQ system (simple functions), able to check in house guest and occupied room
能够掌握酒店PMS系统OnQ的基本功能, 可以查询入住客人和房间的信息
• To be in charge of document management, such as sorting, collecting, and maintain records
办理各类文件的收发、登记、阅签、清退、整理、归档、保密工作
• To follow up the local PSB standard policy & procedure, modify correctly in the system.
严格遵循当地治安管理系统的规章制度,能够准确地在治安管理系统中录入更新信息
• Familiar with all details of Fapiao system and able to correctly issue guest’s Fapiao. Make properly record.
熟练酒店发票系统,能够准确无误地开具发票并且负责更新开票记录
• Assistant other section when necessary depends on hotel operation.
依据酒店具体运营情况承担其他前厅部分部门的一些职能

熟悉当地治安管理政策以及系统,了解发票相关制度
任职资格:
至少一年及以上同岗位的工作经验,前厅部相关工作经验优先考虑
