岗位职责 Job Description:
1.礼貌和友好地接听所有的来电, 并负责准确的转接
Answering all in-coming calls and connecting correctly
2.为客人提供准确的问询服务,宣传酒店产品
Provide accurate enquiry service, demonstrate hotel product
3.认真记录客人需求,迅速落实,及时完成
Recording the guest's requests, follow up it and make sure done in time
4.处理客人叫醒服务,确保准确无误
Handle wake-up call service
5.协助客人拨打内线及外线电话
Assist the guest to place an internal and external calls
6.受理客房点餐或餐饮预订需求
Provide In-room Dining or outlet reservation service
7.充分了解紧急事件处理程序,例如爆炸恐吓、火灾、医疗协助等
Have a through knowledge of emergency procedures, such as bomb threat, fire alarm, medical assistance, etc
