JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
工作职责
l Direct operations of the
facility, including short and long range strategic planning so that the Recreation
operates cost effectively and efficiently.

l Ensure the establishment
and execution of all departmental goals.

l Manage, train, and motivate
all personnel reporting to this position.

l Serve as a link between the
hotel and the Recreation industry.
担任酒店以及康乐之间的链接角色
l Meet with group meeting
planners to show Recreation facility and programs as required.

l Promote and sell customized
Recreation programs to conference groups as required.

l Tour prospective Recreation
Guests.
发展康乐的潜在忠诚顾客
l Provide and take
responsibility for the professional delivery of all information on the telephone
and in person to all potential Recreation Guests.

l Promote all hotel and Recreation
packages and promotions.
推广酒店和康乐中心的所有套餐以及促销活动
l Assist in the
implementation of 12-month marketing plan.

l Identify new business and
marketing opportunities.
挖掘新的商业和市场销售机会
l Assist in the
implementation of 12-month public relations program, i.e. calendar of events,
media, etc.
协助完成全年的公关活动,例如活动行程安排,媒体等等
l Work efficiently with hotel
public relations in all aspects of Recreation/hotel promotion as required.
根据要求配合酒店公关部推广康乐中心/酒店的促销活动
l Work with advertising and
promotion as required.
根据要求进行媒体广告以及推广促销工作
l Maintain thorough knowledge
of competitors, including location, product offering, pricing, promotions and
sales techniques.
时刻了解并掌握竞争者的全部信息,包括地理位置,产品售价,促销活动和销售策略
l Administration and
implementation of staff training in all aspects of the Recreation’s operations,
i.e. business telephone usage, guest relations, retail sales, Recreation activities
etc.
合理安排并完成所有员工在运作上的全方位培训工作,例如电话礼仪,顾客关系,零售销售,康乐活动等等
l Ensure effective
communication amongst all departments within the hotel.
确保与酒店各部门的有效沟通工作
ADMINISTRATIVE DUTIES
行政管理职责
l Establishment of
professional business relationship with all vendors and development of all
products inventories.
在产品盘存方面与所有的供应商建立并发展良好的专业商业关系
l Ensure adherence of
standard operating procedures for each department.
确保每个小分部坚持执行标准操作程序
l Submit monthly Recreation
benchmarking information to Recreation Manager/Director.
向康乐经理/总监提交月度基准价信息
l Ensure adherence of
departmental and facility policies.
确保坚持执行部门以及设施设备使用政策
l Establishment of ongoing
administrative controls.
完善正在进行中的行政管理制度
l Assist in the recruitment,
development and training of all department heads and support staff.
协助员工招聘工作,发展并培训所有部门经理,支持员工的工作
l Adhere to Standard Operating
Procedures Manual.
坚持执行标准操作程序手册
l Ensure that weekly/monthly
departmental communication meetings are effective.
确保有效的每周/每月的部门沟通会议
l Available for Colleague and
manager inquiries.
随时关注员工和上司的需求
l Communications: Respond /
review voice-mail and e-mail messages.
沟通:查看并回复电子语音和邮件信息
l Facility walk-through to
have visual presence within department for all Recreation staff.
让部门所有员工都参与设施设备的日常检查监督工作
