Fully responsible for the hotel related standards in order to comply with local law and LHI Brand standard. This include: suppliers product delivery logistic & receiving procedures, food storage and production as well as colleagues practice and habits. He/she is conducting daily spot checks. He/she is will conduct hygiene related training with hand out and attendance record. He/she will write daily reports to inform supervisor of hygiene status. Certifications, special Hygiene Bureau requests, hygiene licenses, rating, pass with full marks Hygiene Bureau checks, comply with any new law and anything related to Hygiene.
全权负责酒店卫生相关标准以符合当地法律和朗廷品牌标准。包括：物流与供应商的产品交付接收程序，食品储藏及生产以及同事的操作习惯。每日需进行抽查，定期培训同事相关卫生知识并作好出勤记录，做好每日报告，及时通知主管卫生情况。所有证明材料，卫生局的特别要求，卫生许可证书，评定星级，卫生局检查时不失分，遵守新的卫生安全 法律条例等以上这些都属于其职责范围。
