西餐厅实习生 F&B Trainee(实习)

岗位职责 Job Responsibilities
1、按照酒店服务标准，为客人提供专业、礼貌、高效的餐饮服务。
Provide professional, courteous and efficient food and beverage service to guests in accordance with hotel service standards.
2、熟悉菜品、饮品、酒水及特色推荐，主动为客人介绍与建议。
Be familiar with dishes, beverages, wines and signature items, and proactively introduce and make recommendations to guests.
3、负责餐前摆台、餐中服务及餐后收尾，保持区域整洁规范。
Responsible for pre-service table setting, in-dining service and post-service clearance, and keep the work area clean and well-organized.
4、及时响应客人需求，准确点单、上菜、换盘、加水，关注用餐体验。
Respond promptly to guest requests, take orders, serve food, change plates and refill water accurately, and focus on guests’ dining experience.
