酒吧主管 The Loft Supervisor

The Loft Supervisor reports to the Assistant Manager and Manager, supervises the Loft colleagues. Is accountable for overseeing Loft y by providing leadership and overall supervision to Loft staff while ensuring a high standard of guest satisfaction while operating in the established budgets and goals. It is the mission and intent of this position that the incumbent will help in the overall day to day operation, and long term outlook of the catering facilities. The Loft supervisor will help create a pleasant environment and experience for guests.

工作职责/职位描述:
1. 在日常运营当中能够很好的领导员工及与员工沟通。
2. 管理，组织和参与到所负责的区域有效的完成工作，和上司保持联络并积极鼓励大家成为专业的团队。
3. 协助餐厅经理和副经理，促使同事们总是能够提供高质量的服务给我们的客人。
4. 监督摆台和每个餐厅每个区域的运作。
5. 迅速，高效地位客人提供服务。
6. 参与VIP客人的服务。
7. 对客人的需求有前瞻性，确保在经理和副经理不在的时候做出恰当的行动和有效的沟通。
8. 鉴别和执行任何团队发展所需的特殊的培训。
岗位要求：
1. 至少1-2年奢华酒店对客服务经验
2. 良好的相关岗位工作记录，有创造忠诚顾客为酒店创造收益，节约成本的能力。
3. 较强的交际与解决问题的能力。
4. 责任心强，值得信赖。
5. 能在压力与快速的工作节奏下很好的完成工作。
6. 有团队精神。
7. 沉稳冷静，彬彬有礼，专注于顾客的需求 。
