The incumbent is responsible for the servicing andmanagement of specific accounts within an assigned area. They will assist the Director of Sales infocusing and motivating the sales team to achieve the room night goals fortheir particular market segment as laid out in the Marketing Plan.

Duties and Supporting Responsibilities
Explore new sources of business by developing new contactsBe responsible for room night and revenue production from allocated accountsMonitor competitors’ performance where it relates to their particular market segmentEntertain executives and secretaries of potential travel companies and in-house guests to ensure future business for the hotelConduct on-site inspections for the existing or prospective travel influencers, decision makers and end usersBe aware of current market trends and supply competitor activity information to the Director of Sales & MarketingParticipate in sales trips and, when required, complete all sales reports within 1 week of tripPrepare weekly sales call reportsPerform other tasks, projects and assignments as designated by Hotel Management
Job Requested
Minimum 3-year relevant working experience in the international hotel industry.Possess a friendly, energized and outgoing personality.High flexibility and ability to work under pressure.Excellent presentation and proactive communication skills in both verbal and written in English and Chinese. Knowledge of Luxury Agent and other responsible market segment.
