Work as Chief steward if necessary ,Responsible for the efficient operation of all food and beverage sanitation, toinclude Al Fresco, The Open Kitchen, Ming Court, Sky Lounge , Banquets,Executive Lounge, all Kitchen food preparation areas, dry and wet garbage roomsand the cleanliness of the loading bay.
