1.熟悉传菜业务知识和工作流程,有一定的组织能力,善于安排职责范围内工作。
2.负责按点菜单与出品部协作,并按照上菜顺序安排传菜。
3.监督并管理本部的服务情况。
4.指导员工做准备、服务及菜单方面的工作。
5.确保餐厅的干净、整洁。
6.汇报有关销售、客人投拆、解决办法及所涉及人员、设备的情况。
7.根据现有的标准,记录客人的点菜并向客人推荐本部的特色菜。
1.Familiar with the business knowledge and work flow of dish delivery, have certain organizational ability, and be good at arranging work within the scope of responsibility.
2.Be responsible for coordinating with the production department according to the order menu, and arrange the dishes according to the order of serving.
3.Monitors and supervises flow of service at the assigned station in the Restaurant.
4.Briefs personnel on preparations, service and content of menu items.
5.Ensure good general appearance and maintenance of restaurant working areas.
6.Reports records of Sales, guest complaints, solutions and all concerns pertaining to personnel or equipment to Superiors.
7.Takes order, promote outlet’s specials and serves in accordance to the established standard.
