1.负责员工入职手续办理、人事系统信息维护,统筹员工人事档案规整、有序保管。
Responsible for employee onboarding procedures and HR system information maintenance, and sorting and properly keeping employee personnel files in standardized order.
2.负责本部门日常考勤统计与汇总,统筹员工假期、加班申请审核管理,定期编制并更新各类人事相关报表。
Responsible for daily attendance statistics and summary of the department, reviewing and managing employee leave and overtime applications, and regularly preparing and updating various HR related reports.
3.负责全员健康证台账管理,跟进有效期提醒及到期换证,确保在岗人员证件合规有效。
Manage the ledger of all staff health certificates, remind of expiry date and follow up on renewal to ensure all on-the-job employees hold valid and compliant certificates.
4.负责员工更衣室、员工公寓日常定期检查,做好检查记录留存,并及时将检查问题反馈至相关部门跟进整改。
Conduct regular inspections on staff locker rooms and staff apartments, keep inspection records properly, and timely feed back problems to relevant departments for rectification.
5.负责企业滴滴出行管理、各类合同归档管理、职工交通车统筹管理及部门固定资产登记、台账维护与盘点管理。
Responsible for corporate Didi travel management, various contract filing and management, staff shuttle bus arrangement management, as well as registration, account maintenance and inventory of department fixed assets.
6.负责办公室物资采购、收货入库及临时餐券登记管理等行政后勤事务。
Responsible for office supplies procurement, goods receiving and warehousing, temporary meal voucher management and other administrative logistics affairs.
7.完成上级交办的酒店内外其他临时性工作及专项任务。
Complete other temporary work and special projects assigned by superiors inside and outside the hotel.
