餐饮销售经理 F&B Sales Manager(储备)

Job Summary:
- Responsible for proactively soliciting and managing restaurant-related sales opportunities.
- Manages restaurant sales opportunities not handled by the Sales department. Actively up-sells each business opportunity to maximize revenue opportunity.
- Achieves personal and team related revenue goals. Ensures business is turned over properly and in a timely fashion for proper service delivery.
- Responsible for driving customer loyalty by delivering service excellence throughout each customer experience.
- Provides service to our customers in order to grow the account on behalf of Ritz-Carlton, across the enterprise.
- Responsible for the hotel internal F&B restaurant reservation center.
Candidate Profile:
- College degree
- Fluent English in Written & Spoken
- Min 3 years relevant working experience in international hotels
- Outstanding communications and problem solving skills
- Strong leadership and a team player
