客房服务员/主管 Room Attendant/Supervisor

Job responsibilities:
-Understand the guest situation on the floor and provide guest service.
-Responsible for checking guest laundry, returning and replenishing drinks.
-Responsible for cleaning the public areas on the floors and cleaning the rooms.
-Responsible for collecting and replacing dirty linen and folding and placing new linen.
Qualifications:
-Working experience in relevant hotel housekeeping department.
-Be enthusiastic about service.
-Good team spirit.
工作职责：
- 掌握所在楼层的住客情况，提供对客服务。
- 负责查收宾客洗衣，酒水的送回和补充工作。
- 负责楼层公共区域卫生的清洁工作和房间的清洁工作。
- 负责脏布草的收集、更换与新布草的折叠、摆放工作。
