As a Laundry Manager, we rely on you to
作为一名洗衣房经理，你的主要工作职责为：
1. Ensure the quality of linen washing and dispatch, ironing, department management.
2. Ensure the normal operation of washing equipment, manage the daily consumption of water, electricity and gas, inflammable, explosive and corrosive solvents, and prevent accidents.
3. Check the Laundry status of hotel guests to ensure the quality of washing.
4. Ensure room fabric is washed and mended regularly.
5. Maintains and enforces all quality and service standards and procedures for Housekeeping Services.
6. Make the annual & monthly budget for the Laundry Department.
7. Prepares annual Capex for needed equipment replacements and upgrades.
1、确保酒店各部门布草洗涤的质量及布草的收发、洗烫、制服房管理工作；
2、确保洗涤设备正常运转，管理好水、电、气的日常消耗、保管好易燃易爆及腐蚀性溶剂，严防事故发生。建立安全标准，进行培训；
3、检查当日酒店宾客洗衣情况，确保其洗涤质量，确保执行严格的卫生程序；
4、完成客房织品的定期洗涤及缝补；
5、全面贯彻执行客房部工作质量、服务标准及政策程序；
6、要与行政管家制定每年和每月的洗衣房预算；
7、准备每年固定资产的更换和升级。
We are looking for someone who:
我们正在寻找一位具备以下条件的候选人：
1. Strong organizational ability, flexible reaction, good at dealing with interpersonal relationship.
2. Strong sense of responsibility, love their own work, can work under pressure.
3. Strong knowledge of laundry operation, good leadership and management skills.
4. At least 2 years’ experience as laundry manager in international hotel.
5. Promote the achievement of performance.

3、丰富的洗衣房运作知识，良好的领导能力和管理技巧；
4、至少2年国际酒店洗衣房经理的任职经历；
5、对数据敏感，紧盯市场动态和业务数据，及时调整工作策略，凝聚团队合力，推动业绩的实现。
