· The Online Specialist will be responsible for developing and maintaining online channel to enhance extensive marketing basis through third party booking center, social media and other online channels, and to maintain the brand image.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities – (Key Activities of the role)

· Create marketing plans for hotel to drive revenue across all online customers segments (leisure travel), and work with the property Director of Revenue Management to ensure a smooth execution
建立酒店营销计划,以提高在线客户市场(在线商)份额的收益,与收入管理总监沟通以确保营销计划的顺利实行。
· Own the results for hotel through tracking and analysis, using our proprietary performance measurement tool and other tracking systems.
通过业绩和其它方面的系统的分析,提高酒店的推广效率。
· Ensure property content / offers are up to date and consistent with brand strategies (if available).
确保酒店特别促销推广能及时更新,且符合其品牌战略(如有)。
· Supervise online marketing campaigns with approved online agency.
督导已授权的在线客户所进行的市场推广活动。
· Ensure brand consistency and reinforcement in all marketing copy, photography, communications and programs.
确保所有用于市场推广的印刷品、照片、通信及策划与品牌的一致性。
· Write/proof-read copy and creative for all promotional offers before submitting to upper management
向上级提交之前制定并审核所有促销计划。
· Research and develop promotions / partnerships with local social media and online to further hotels’ web presence and online revenue
通过与当地社交媒体及网络平台合作,选择合作伙伴,研究及开发促销计划,以增加酒店的内容及在线收益。
· Negotiate on behalf of the hotel in the region for new online marketing initiatives.
代表酒店在本地洽谈新的在线市场推广。
· Compile and write text, prepare photos & work with creative for the specific opportunities.
为推广机会撰写整合文字,准备照片及其它创意性工作。
·Locate and add our hotel to new partner marketing linking opportunities.
结合适当时机,与新合作伙伴合作推广。
· Act as the primary point person for all local and regional third party accounts as.
作为与第三方渠道客户联系的主要负责人。
·Plan and execute tactical marketing plan through strategic third party channels according to brand strategies。
依据品牌战略,通过第三方渠道,制定并执行具体的市场推广计划。
·Maintain ongoing communication with key local and regional third party accounts, Creating cross-promotional opportunities with third party sites or sister properties.
保持与第三方渠道客户的沟通, 创建与第三方网站或姐妹酒店的在线交叉推广机会。
· Prepare weekly and monthly reporting from third party partners.
准备第三方渠道相关周报表及月报表。
· Design marketing strategies to drive revenue, as well as offers that will generate repeat business for hotel.
制定市场推广战略及促销计划,以增加酒店收益以及持续性的收益。
· Liaise with hotel operations teams on implementation of offers. Ensure offers are properly tagged and are being tracked.
与酒店运作部门沟通,以确保所有促销内容的准确性及合理性。
· Create and maintain matrix for hotel operations and reservations team on all promotions for the region to ensure consistency in offers and assurance that no overlap promotion exists.
高效认知及处理业务信息。
· Responsible for social media development and maintenance, and interactive with fans / followers, assist to make the promotion plan, especially for Wechat and TikTok.
负责社交媒体的开发及维护, 粉丝互动,协助完成推广计划等,特别是微信与抖音新媒体
·Responsible for online comments reply and compile for upper management.
负责在线评论并整合评论提交给到上级管理层。
·Abides by the Langham Place Employee Handbook.
遵守朗豪酒店员工守则。
Abides by both the hotel and Langham Place policies and procedures.

· Analyses, evaluates and improves personal performance on a continual basis.
不断分析和评估个人表现,实现自我提高。
·Carries out other tasks as directed by Director of Revenue Management.
