· Follow the instruction of chief concierge and supervisors and within the limits of established Langham Hotels Group brand standard, lead the concierge team during the shift properly to provide excellent concierge service, Maximize performance standards and to adhere to guest service standards in order to achieve the highest possible guest satisfaction.

Provide lobby service, including guestguidance, greeting and seeing off, taxi service, etc.
做好大堂服务,包括客人的指引,迎接客人,送别客人,提供叫车服务等。
Provide efficient, accurate andcomplete baggage service, such as delivery, storage, Transfer, etc.
负责高效,准确,完整的行李服务,如行李配送,行李寄存,行李保管等。
Provide information on hotel services of interest and recommend the hotel's outlets. At the same time, besides, rich information about the city such as resorts, restaurants, entertainment and so

Responsible for selecting, keeping and distributing guest and administrative letters, and well handling unreceived documents.

Complete accurate visitor registration.

· Assistthe delivery service of transportation, and assist to ensure service quality
and vehicle safety.
协助车队司机提供服务,协助确保车队的服务质量和车辆安全。
· Ensurethat retail shop offers goods have brand specific, or match the hotel's style
and guest needs.
确保商店提供富有品牌特色的商品,提供符合酒店格调和客人需求的商品服务。
· Ensurethat all important guests can enjoy all benefits and get full attention, including
member guest, repeat guest, guest with club benefit and VIPs can enjoy special
treatment and service.
