As a Trainee, we rely on you to:

1、Assist chefs in food preparation, including basic cutting, washing, and ingredient setup.
协助厨师进行基础食材处理，包括切配、清洗和备料。
2、Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen according to hotel standards.
按照酒店标准保持厨房区域的清洁和卫生。
3、Support daily kitchen operations by replenishing supplies and ensuring workstations are organized.
配合日常厨房运作，负责补充物料并保持工作区域整齐有序。

1、Strong interest in culinary work and willingness to learn professional kitchen skills.
对烹饪工作有浓厚兴趣，并愿意学习专业厨房技能。
2、Ability to follow instructions, work under pressure, and maintain good hygiene habits.
能够遵照指示，在压力环境下工作，并保持良好的卫生习惯。
3、Team-oriented attitude and availability to work in shifts as required by the hotel.
具备团队合作精神，能接受酒店安排的轮班制度。
