MAJOR FUNCTION 主要功能 :
To assist theRestaurant Manager in the day to day operations of the restaurant in such amanner as to maximize revenues and minimize costs with particular attention tocomplete guest satisfaction, associate welfare, and profit margins.

OPERATIONS

Assist in the development and implementation of managementtraining plans for subordinate managers and supervisors on a quarterly basis inconjunction with HRD.发展和培养对督导的培训, 拟定计划上传给人事部总监Conduct a departmental daily “15 Minute” training program.每天按照部门的15分钟培训计划表进行培训。Assist in the execution of all associate performancereviews in a professional and timely manner.协助上级运用专业和适时的方法去完成对员工的成绩回顾。Assist in all aspects of associate management includinghiring, discipline in conjunction with the Restaurant Manager.协助餐厅经理完成对员工纪律的管理。Assist in conducting an effective monthly associate meetingwith minutes and P&A forwarded to the GM, F & B and HRD.准确的把每月员工会议的小结转给总经理和餐饮以及人事部总监。Be responsible for the completion of the wage progressreport on a weekly basis.每周按照出勤率完成工资报表。Practice “open door” policy to all associates.运用开放式的政策对待每为员工。
ADMINISTRATIVE
Prepare efficient schedules for management and associates.为管理层和员工制定高效率的时刻表。Be responsible for all accounting and billing procedures inthe outlets.负责全部部门里的财务及帐单。Be responsible for the accurate supervision of theassociate time control and payroll systems by working with Accounting and HRD.负责部门里的财务,单帐及考勤.Assist in planning outside associates activity to promoteteamwork.协助上级在员工中推广团队工作的精神。Promote positive inter-departmental relations throughcandid communication and cooperation.积极的建立跨部门的沟通与合作关系。Respond to guest inquiries or concerns within 24 hours inwhat is deemed the appropriate manner.查询和关注客人在24小时内以适当的方式去完成。Perform any reasonable request made of management which isnot life threatening or against the law.为管理制定的要求必须合理没有任何的威胁和打击。
