2. Assist to make an arrangement for interview appointment.

3. Update bulletin board, ensure the contents completely, update and post internal vacancy list on associate notice board.

4. Keep all working area in the department clean, all equipment well maintained and keep all files in order.

5. Prepare all relevant administrative support work for commencement of new associates.
准备新入职员工所需要的相关资料和文件。
6. Process the employee check in & out procedure.
办理员工入离职手续。
7. Assist HRM to submit related documents to Social Insurance Bureau or Housing Fund Center.
协助人力资源经理向社会保障局或住房公积金管理中心提交相关文件。
8. Assist in the routine function of personnel administration as well as staffwelfare & benefit and all staff activities.
协助日常人事管理工作,以及参与办理员工福利,组织员工活动。
9. Take grooming check, code of conduct and element training periodically.
定期进行仪容仪表、岗上行为规范及要素培训检查。
10.Take dormitory inspection and locker room inspection periodically.
定期进行宿舍检查和更衣室检查。
11. Consolidate departmental training plan, meeting schedule and meeting minutes monthly.
每月汇总部门培训计划、会议安排及会议纪要。
12.Complete other tasks assigned by the department manager
完成由部门经理安排的其它任务。
