西餐厅副经理 Assistant Western Restaurant Manager

MAJOR RESPONSIBILIES 岗位概要:
1. To achieve departmental goals, in terms of guest satisfaction, financial targets, training and high employee morale.
实现本部门在客人满意率、利润收入指标、提高员工士气等方面为达到目标。
2. Ensure all the staff carry out the tasks according to the S&P
确保员工按照标准与程序完成任务。
3. Manage cash handling procedures.
管理现金的兑付和每日的结帐工作。
4. Assist with the Planning and Implementation of Sales & Marketing Strategies.
协助市场营销战略的计划和实施。
5. Manage Purchasing & Stock Control.
管理采购/存货控制。
6. Training, development and rostering of staff.
培训、发展和管理员工。
JOB SPECIFICATION 岗位要求:
1. Work experience in a similar position in another 5 Star Hotel for 2-3years.
2-3年其他高星级酒店类似主管/副理职位的工作经验。
2. Good leadership skills / good training conducting skills /strong organization skills

3. Open minded and out going personality
