College diploma or above. Major in Administration, Secretarial Studies, Human Resources, Hotel Management, English, or a related field is preferred.
大专及以上学历。行政管理、文秘、人力资源管理、酒店管理、英语或相关专业优先。

Chinese (Native): Excellent written communication skills for drafting clear documents and notices.

Listening/Speaking: Fluent in spoken English, able to understand work instructions and communicate effectively for work purposes (e.g., with foreign colleagues/guests/trainers). (e.g., CET-4/TEM-4 or above equivalent, able to conduct daily and work-related conversations fluently).
听说能力: 英语口语流利,能够听懂工作指令并进行有效的工作沟通(如与外国同事/客人/讲师沟通)。(相当于CET-4/TEM-4或以上水平,或能够进行无障碍的日常及工作对话)
Reading/Writing: Strong English reading and writing skills, able to independently compose and reply to well-formatted and idiomatic business emails in English.

Computer Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
