Primary Responsibilities主要职责
·In the absence of a Manager, conducts shift briefings to ensure hotel activities and operational requirements are known.
·Strictly implement hygiene standards, keep the bar and operation area clean and tidy, and meet food safety requirements.
·Maintain a high level of product and service knowledge in order to explain and sell services and facilities to guests.
·Prepare various classic cocktails, innovative beverages and non-alcoholic drinks according to the standard recipe.
·Familiar with various types of spirits, such as whisky and wine, and proficient in cocktail mixing.
·Strictly implement the management of beverage inventory, conduct daily beverage inventory checks and replenish consumables.
·当经理不在场时,负责人才的监督和管理指导,确保部门的正常运行。
·严格执行卫生规范,保持吧台及操作区域干净整洁,符合食品安全要求。
·保持高水平的酒店产品和服务知识,以便向客人解释和介绍相关的服务设施。
·根据标准配方调制各类经典鸡尾酒、创新饮品及无酒精饮料
·熟悉各类烈酒、威士忌、葡萄酒,精通鸡尾酒的调配
·严格执行酒水库存管理做好每日酒水盘点及耗材补充
Knowledge and Experience知识和经验
·Master various knowledge about alcoholic beverages and cocktail-making techniques, and be familiar with the mainstream methods of cocktail preparation.
·Good oral and written communication skills
·Min 2-year experience in hotel engineering operation in similar capacity, preferably with international hotel chain
·Associate degree or above
·Experienced in all aspects of restaurants service
·掌握各类酒水知识及调酒技术,熟悉主流鸡尾酒调制方法
·良好的口头及书面沟通能力
·至少2年酒店相关运做经验,最好具有国际连锁酒店工作经验
·全日制大专(含)以上学历
·餐饮服务的各方面丰富经验
