Primary Responsibilities主要职责
·To handle all reservation requests promptly, in a friendly and efficient manner ensuring that all required information be secured to provide maximum Guest Satisfaction. To assist the Reservation Manager monitor reservation daily operations and process.
·Follow-up “no-show” list and group wash-down daily.
·Acquire good understanding of the room reservation procedures.
·Follow-up on billing authorization or payment arrangement in case of room prepayment required and forward to Front Desk for their follow-up.
·To check arrival lists, special remarks and meal plan codes. Correct input of rates, special arrangement, VIP status etc. on daily basis.
·To have a complete knowledge of the hotel product, including room types, rates, relative features and facilities, food and beverage outlets, spa and health club.
·以友好并有效率的处理所有的预订要求,确保所有要求能够得到客户的最大满意度,协助预订部经理管理预订部日常工作;
·跟进“预订未到”的名单和每日团队取消情况;
·熟悉处理房间预订的程序;
·在房费预付的情况下,跟进客人的预付资料或授权书,并将复印件交给前台跟进;
·检查每日预抵客人名单、特殊的备注和用餐安排。更正房间价格、特殊的安排、重要宾客等;
·充分了解酒店产品知识,包括酒店房间类型、房价、餐饮、水疗和健身俱乐部。
Knowledge and Experience知识和经验
·Have more than one year’s work experiences of Reservations Dept. in hotel。
·Possess the language and write skills, and type and operate the computer skill fully.
·Know well about the Reservations Dept. business activities and assist the task of each position.
·Master Opera System.
·具有一年以上预订部工作经验;
·具有一定英语阅读及书写能力,能够处理中英文各类文件、资料等;
·熟悉预订部业务,协助各岗位工作;
·熟练操作系统(Opera)。
