Primary Responsibilities主要职责
Recruit talent according to hotel manning.Assist in establishing standard policies and proceduresfor recruitment.Develop and implement recruitment and screening system.Release and update recruitment information on website.Conduct interview every day. And arrange and appoint interview.Perform other related duties and special projects asassigned by superiors.Coordinate functions and activities with otherdepartments.
根据酒店编制及运作需求进行人员招聘。协助建立招聘制度与程序。制定和实施招聘和筛选系统。定期在指定网站发布,更新招聘信息。每日进行日常招聘,安排约定面试。执行上级交办的其它相关职责和特殊项目。协调与其它部门的工作和活动。
Knowledge and Experience知识和经验
Good computer skills.Familiar with hotel recruitment daily work procedure.Can complete each work task designated in the above Job Description independently with good communication & coordination capability.Work earnestly, responsibly and carefully.Accepting fresh graduates with relevant internship experience is preferred.
良好的电脑技能。熟悉酒店业招聘方面日常工作的操作程序。能独立完成上述工作职责规定的各项任务,并具有良好的沟通及协调能力。责任心强,工作认真细致。接受应届毕业生,有相关实习经验优先考虑。
