MAJOR FUNCTIONS 主要职能
1. Block and coordinate guestroom assignments to maximize room revenue and efficiencies based on arrival and departure patterns and special requests. 根据酒店入住及离店情况和特殊要求预分和调整房间安排,以达到酒店房间收入大化和利用率。
2. Responsible of hotel room inventories; group room blocking; VIP/ Repeat /Mobile Check-in guest room blocking. 负责酒店房间量控制;分配团队房间;VIP/回头客/手机入住房间的分配。
3. Serving guests at front desk while providing the highest level of service possible in an efficient, courteous and professional manner by following Marriott Standards of aggressive hospitality and adhering to guidelines and procedures. 依据万豪殷勤待客的服务标准和工作指导在前台向客人提供高水准的,高效的,礼貌的,专业的服务。
SPECIFIC DUTIES 具体职责
1.Maintain confidentiality of proprietary materials and information, protect the privacy and security of guests and co-workers, and protect company tools, equipment, machines, or other assets in accordance with company policies and procedures. 重视相关信息的保密工作,保护客人和同事的隐私、安全;保护酒店的工具、设备、机器或者其他政策条款应注意事项。
2.Assist other employees to ensure proper coverage and prompt guest service. 帮助其它同事以便提供快捷、恰当的服务给客人。
3. Assign room according to guest request and preferences whenever possible. 在房间允许的情况下,根据客人的要求和喜好排房。
4.Prepare for Mobile Check-in and check-out experience as required 根据要求安排手机入住退房服务。
5.Accommodate requests for room changes when possible. 条件允许的情况下为客人更换房间。
6.Interact with housekeeping regarding VIP arrivals and expediting rooms. 与客房部配合关于VIP的到达及迅速打扫房间。
7. Check and verify reasons for all maintenance rooms. 检查并核对所有维修房间的原因。
8.Pre-block special requests, packages, VIP levels, suites, Elite Member guests. Ensure that all guaranteed room types and special requests are met. 按照特殊要求,包价,VIP,会员级别,套房为客人预留房间。确保所有担保房间和特殊要求的得到满足。
9. Keep track of changes in room status (e.g., early check-out, late check-out, room transfer) for Housekeeping. 及时记录房间状态信息并告知客房部(例如:提前离店、延迟退房、换房)。
10.Coordinate with Housekeeping to track readiness of rooms for check-in and to report guest concerns. 同客房部协调沟通可供入住的房间信息,并告知客人的喜好。
11.Review out-of-order rooms daily to determine status and estimated date for return to room inventory. 每日检查非可卖房信息并再次确认状态,并预计恢复正常房态的时间。
12.Handle due-out room and review requests for late check-outs and approve according to occupancy. 跟进预退房间根据当日入住率决定延迟退房时间。
13.Review Marsha, PMS report and accommodate guests’ request accordingly. 根据客人的要求,预览、调整相应的Masha预定信息、Opera系统报表。
14.Ensure rates match market codes and that any exceptions are documented and include an explanation. 确保房价和市场代码一致,并确保所有的免责条款都有相应的文件解释。
15.Identify any over-commitments by room type (e.g., bedding, view, size). 确定额外的房间要求(例如:加床,房间朝向,房间大小等)。
16.Perform duplicate reservation checks. 不断重复检查预定信息。
