2.Responsible for guest satisfaction and serving food and beverages.
负责客人满意度和餐饮服务。
3.Monitors and supervises flow of service at the assigned task.
监管和监督分配的任务的服务流程。
4.Briefs personnel on preparations, service and content of menu items.
指导人员做好准备、服务和理解菜单的内容。
5.Performs duties common to all waiters and other duties as may be assigned.
为所有服务员展示职责工作,如有安排,展示执行其他工作。
6.Reports records of Sales, guest complaints, solutions and all concerns pertaining to personnel or equipment to Superiors.
向上级报告的销售记录,客人投拆、解决办法及所涉及的人员或设备。
7.Attends to guest complaints, requests or inquiries regarding beverage and services.
关注客人关于饮料和服务的投诉,请求或询问。
8. Maintains proper records of Sales, guest complaints, solutions and all concerns pertaining to personnel or equipment in appropriate logbooks, discusses the same with the Manager.
保留合理的销售记录,在合适的记录本上记录客人投诉、解决办法及所涉及人员或设备,并与经理讨论。
