二销运营经理 Manager, Secondary Consumption

The Secondary Consumption Manager has a
diverse group of responsibilities that include park safety, entry plaza, guest
satisfaction, park maintenance and cleaning, as well as supervision of the
Secondary Consumption Assistant Manager, Team Leaders, Lifeguards. Daily
charged with the task of maintaining and operating the water area. Meanwhile,
assistant manager was responsible for the promotion of Secondary Consumption
programs, assisting with general operations around the maintenance inspections
of the pools and resort beaches.
二销经营经理肩负诸多责任，包括负责园区安全、入口广场、客户满意度、园区维护和清洁，同时监督各个副经理、主管、救生员工作情况，同时负责园区二销推广，收入数据分析，每天负责维护和运营、沙滩、和酒店的游泳池等。
【职位要求】
- 大专以上学历，具备一定的相关工作经验，景区运营经验者优先；
- 熟悉景区/乐园的运营模式和规律，具有较强的沟通协调能力和团队管理能力；
- 具有较强的抗压能力和应变能力，能够应对工作中的挑战和困难；
- 具备良好的服务意识和职业道德，能够为客户提供满意的服务。
