职位简述
To attend to and assist all guests with spa information and requests at theentrance reception desk, the lower level lobby reception, and via telephoneensuring all guests are served and assisted according to resort standards.
在入口接待处、低层大厅接待处和通过电话接待客人,帮助客人了解水疗中心的信息,处理客人的要求,确保根据度假酒店的规范为所有客人提供服务和帮助。
Key Duties and Responsibilities
主要职责
Greet and serve guest welcome tea and Cold towels
问候并用欢迎茶和冷毛巾服务客人。
Explain clearly the menu, products, facilities andanswer any questions
为客人清楚地解释菜单、水疗中心产品及设备设施,并谦逊礼貌的回答客人所提出的问题。
Introduce guests to therapist and or show them tolocker room, explain facilities and procedures if needed
介绍客人给理疗师,再将护理师介绍给客人,并带领客人到房间,如果必要的话介绍设施和理疗程序。
Explain any special treatment promotions or deals
让客人了解所推销护理项目的特别与独特之处,并使顾客接受。
Suggest alternative times or treatments if guest’sfirst preference is unavailable
如果客人是第一次选择护理项目,我们要建议两种护理项目供其选择。
Show guest retail display and offer informationabout products
引领客人到水疗中心的家居产品与零售产品的展示区,并为客人详细的介绍产品的功能与功效。
Ensure Daily retail target is achieved.
确保完成零售产品的每天目标。
Allocate treatment to therapist in productive andequitable manner
公平公正的分配护理项目给理疗师。
Ensure reception desk is staffed at all timesduring operational hours
确保在工作期间接待台必须要有员工接待,无空岗情况发生。
Ensure reception operation stock is available alltimes eg: Spa Menu, Consultation Card and etc.
确保在工作期间前台具备所有的相关资料,例如水疗菜单,咨询卡等等。
Maintain reception and retail areas in clean andtidy state, oil burner and music functioning at all times
确保接待台和产品展示区域始终处于干净与整洁的状态,香薰炉和背景音乐在任何时间都处于运做的状态。
Answers and handles all incoming telephone callsfor department according to the company and hotels standards or procedures.
按照酒店和部门标准程序礼貌的接听部门电话。
Be fully trained on all standard set up proceduresand preparation of all areas in the spa as per resort standards
按照度假酒店的标准,受过关于所有标准设立程序和水疗中心所有区域准备工作的全面培训。
Ensure the spa is set up as per resort standardsprior to opening daily.
确保每天营业前,水疗中心按照度假酒店的规范准备就绪。
Ensuring the spa areas are reset and prepared forthe next guest in the respective areas.
确保水疗区清理完毕,准备好在各自的区域迎接下一位客人。
Assist therapists with preparation of treatmentrooms when required.
有需要时,协助理疗师准备理疗室。
Ensuring all the supplies and tools required forthe daily operation is available.
确保有日常经营所需的所有物品和工具。
Attend daily briefings at the beginning of eachshift.
每个班次交接前有个短暂的交接会。
Be fully trained on resort standards and proceduresin order to carry out daily tasks properly.
受过关于度假酒店规范和程序的全面培训,以便适当的进行每天的任务。
Have full knowledge of all services, products andareas of the spa in order to assist guests with information when required
充分了解水疗中心的所有服务项目、产品和水疗区,以便在必要时帮助客人了解信息。
Report any odd behavior or special comments fromguests to the manager.
向经理报告客人的任何异常行为或特别要求。
Work in a clean and hygienic manner as per resortstandards.
按照度假酒店的规范,以清洁、卫生的方式工作。
Attend to duty in proper uniform, on time and wellgroomed.
准时到岗,穿着制服,仪表得体。
Attend trainings as per resort requirements.
按照度假酒店的要求,参加培训。
Be flexible in working schedules as per resortrequirements.
按照度假酒店的要求,接受弹性工作安排。
Carry out any other job related duties as perresort requirements.
按照度假酒店的要求,履行其他与职位相关的职责。
Responsible for daily report on sales of treatmentand retail, commission, inventory and etc.
负责完成每日的报表,并体现出详细的每日护理项目的销售、零售产品、佣金产品的存货量等情况。
Make requisition for retail stock, product suppliesin timely manner. Advise Reception Supervisor or Assistant Manager of anyshortages
及时申请零售存货,产品的补给,提醒接待主管或副经理关于任何物品短缺。
Assist in preparation of monthly summary report oftreatment and guest information
帮助准备及总结每月护理项目和客人信息报告。
Understand all fire, life safety and emergencyprocedures and evacuation procedures
掌握所有火灾,防卫,和紧急情况的处理程序,并了解如何进行疏散工作。
