1. Checking the room status, let the floor captain know. According to working procedures and standards, clean the room and floor.
检查房间状态并将检查情况报告给楼层领班。按照工作程序和标准清扫各种房间并保持楼道的整洁。
2. Keep the lost fund safely, meet guest’s reasonable needs. Making sure every equipment well.
正确处理客人遗留的物品和满足客人各种合理的要求。负责保养所使用的设备，使之处于良好的工作状态。
3. Using and keeping master key correctly. Filling in working reports and consumer list of Mini Bar.
正确使用及保管万能钥匙。填写有关工作报告和迷你吧消费单。
4. Checking every kind of equipment in working areas, report the problems in time. Sign up the in and out time on the room list.
负责检查所管辖区域内各种设备，及时报告区域内的工程问题。做房单上必须标明进、出客房的时间。
5. Report unusual situation in time. Ability to use firefighting equipment, following the hotel rules when the fire happen.
及时报告客房内的异常情况。熟悉酒店消防预案并能熟练使用灭火器材；在火灾发生时严格按酒店消防预案执行。
6. Ability to use detergent. Communicate with guests and superior.
安全正确使用清洁剂。与客人及上级保持有效的沟通。
7. Report and record hotel items in rooms. Finish another works.
及时报告并记录在客房内丢失和丢失的酒店物品。完成上级安排的其他工作。
Talent Profile 能力&技能需求：
Acquire working experience in hotel/resort(preferably luxury brands).
拥有酒店工作经验(特别是奢华品牌的酒店)。
Have professional training in hospitality industry.
接受过酒店专业的培训。
Able to communicate in Mandarin or English fluently.
能够流畅的使用普通话或英语进行对话。
Having good communication skills.
良好的沟通能力。
Able to operate basic computer skills.
正确应用基本电脑系统。
Minimum 2 years Housekeeping experience for international luxury brands or affiliated five-star hotels.
拥有至少2年及以上国际奢华品牌或联号五星级酒店客房部工作经验。
