The Role 岗位职责:
Responsible for the allocation and management of employee dormitory rooms, ensuring fair and reasonable distribution.负责员工宿舍房间的分配与管理,确保分配公平合理。Conduct daily inspections of dormitory facilities and report any damages or malfunctions for timely repairs.每日巡查宿舍设施,发现损坏或故障及时上报维修。Handle employee check-in and check-out procedures, including room key handover and deposit management.办理员工入住及退宿手续,包括房间钥匙交接及押金管理。Maintain dormitory cleanliness and hygiene standards by coordinating with cleaning staff and conducting regular checks.维护宿舍清洁卫生标准,协调保洁人员并定期检查。Enforce dormitory rules and regulations, addressing any violations and ensuring a safe living environment.执行宿舍规章制度,处理违规行为,确保居住环境安全。Manage dormitory supplies and equipment, such as beds, lockers, and appliances, keeping inventory records.管理宿舍物资设备(如床铺、衣柜、电器等),做好库存登记。Respond to employee inquiries and complaints regarding dormitory issues, providing solutions promptly.回应员工关于宿舍问题的咨询与投诉,及时提供解决方案。Coordinate with maintenance and housekeeping departments to ensure all dormitory areas are in good condition.与维修及客房部协调,确保宿舍各区域状况良好。Monitor dormitory security, including access control, visitor registration, and fire safety precautions.监督宿舍安全,包括门禁管理、访客登记及消防安全措施。Maintain records of dormitory occupancy, maintenance logs, and incident reports for management review.维护宿舍入住记录、维修日志及事件报告,供管理层审阅。Assist in organizing dormitory-related activities or communications to promote a harmonious living atmosphere.协助组织宿舍相关活动或沟通,促进和谐居住氛围。Perform other administrative tasks assigned by the hotel management related to employee accommodation.执行酒店管理层分配的其他与员工住宿相关的行政任务。
Talent Profile 能力&技能需求:
Acquire working experience in hotel/resort(preferably luxury brands).
拥有酒店工作经验(特别是奢华品牌的酒店)。
Have professional training in hospitality industry.
接受过酒店专业的培训。
Able to communicate in Mandarin or English fluently.
能够流畅的使用普通话或英语进行对话。
Having good communication skills.
良好的沟通能力。
Able to operate basic computer skills.
正确应用基本电脑系统。
Minimum 3 years Dormitory Management experience for international luxury brands or affiliated five-star hotels.
拥有至少3年及以上国际奢华品牌或联号五星级酒店宿舍管理工作经验。
