Ensures all relevantHuman Resources reports are submitted to the Divisional/ Regional Office asrequired in a timely manner.Guides theManagement Team to formulate and fairly implements appropriate Human ResourcesPolices & Procedures.Manages the HumanResources Division, ensuring activities are in keeping with the People Brand and operational stipulations/ initiativesof Hyatt Hotels Corporation.Responsible forpreparing the annual Human Resources Business Plan, ensuring the objectivesfully addresses the business objectives of the Hotel and needs of theassociates.Ensures all HRpractices are according to Management requirements and meet with the locallegislationRoutes documentationand disseminate information to relevant Executive Committee Members andassociates in a timely manner.Oversees the timelyand confidential management of associate data.Ensures that alldepartments have a complete set of Departmental Operations Manuals, which areannually reviewed and accurately reflect current standards of performance andCorporate initiatives.Coordinates andupdates Manpower Plans, ensuring that adequate succession planning is in placeto satisfy turnover requirements.Manages hotel Evaluationand Appraisal processes.Coordinates and approvestransfers and promotions ensuring hotel moves towards Zero Based StaffingGuides.Manages hotelPayroll and Productivity goals.Ensures close andprofessional relationships are established and maintained between management,associates, Hyatt Hotels Corporation representatives, other hotels, governmentofficials and the local community.Representsmanagement in tribunals that deal with labour disputes.Ensures opencommunication and transparent management style.Ensures consistentand fair Grievance Handling and Misconduct Management, providing professionalcounselling and coaching to correct inappropriate behaviours.
