Job Responsibilities
岗位职责:
Oversees and directs all aspects of overall housekeeping operations which includes guestrooms, public areas, laundry and other specified back-of-the house areas.
监管和指导客房部的全部工作,包括在客房、公共区域、洗衣房和其它指定的二线区域内的工作。
Directs and works with employees to ensure property guestrooms, public space and employee areas are clean and well maintained. Completes inspections and holds people accountable for corrective action. Position assists in ensuring guest and employee satisfaction while maintaining the operating budget.
指导并与员工合作,确保酒店客房、公共空间和员工区域的清洁和良好维护。完成检查工作,并责成相关人员采取纠正措施。在维持运营预算的同时,协助确保客人和员工的满意度。
Job Requirements
岗位要求:
1、Have more than 5 years experience in the same star level guest room management.
有5年以上同星级客房管理工作经验。
2、Familiar with the professional knowledge of the HSKP department, skilled in the use of computers, with the use of HSKP professional English communication and working ability.
熟悉客房部专业知识,熟练使用电脑,具备使用客房专业英语的沟通和工作能力。
3、Familiar with HSKP management, service process and quality standards.
掌握熟悉客房管理、服务流程和质量标准。
4、Have the ability of organization and coordination, adaptability, management ability, as well as written expression ability and information management ability.
具有组织协调能力、应变能力、经营能力以及文字表达能力和信息管理能力。
