1.维护宴会厅区域的整齐有序。
Maintain
organization of banquet service areas.
2.与宴会厅经理和宴会厅厨师每天核对菜单和接待通知单。
Review
menu/service (BEO) with Banquet Manager, Banquet Chef and Event Team on a daily
basis.
3.与厨房协调所有有关食品的要求,包括数量和出品方式。
Coordinate all
food requirements with the kitchen, including accurate counts for preparation
and plating.
4.负责客人对酒水的需求,负责维持宴会厅酒水成本的预算。
Be responsible for
maintaining budgeted banquet beverage cost, complete the Function Breakdown and
Daily Inventory.
5.直接管理宴会厅服务员的工作,并观察所有员工的工作表现。
Directly supervise
the work of Banquet service and personally observe the performance of all
Banquet service associates.
6.负责所有宴会厅员工的仪容仪表。
Directly
responsible for the grooming standards and appearance of all Banquet service
associates.
7.确保宴会会议按照计划准时开始及预计可能的变化如果客人需要的话。
Insure that all
schedule Banquet functions take place on time and according to plan and make
last minute change if in need.
任职要求 Qualifications
1.至少三年大专。
Minimum 3 years’ college education.
2.至少1年在同等职位上的管理工作经验。
At least 1 year working experience on the same position in food and beverage.
