The ideal candidate for this role may already be a Food and Beverage Manager, or a very skilled and experienced Assistant. Experience in an international hotel within China which is rated as a Forbes Four or Five Star standard is a key requirement.
You will have strong ability to engage and connect with guests and colleagues and direct training and development of the team.
This role is open to local candidates who fit the profile and have a high desire
to succeed and grow with the REGENT Brand.
