§ 保持房务部服务标准在部门经理的领导下积极主动地工作。
Monitors rooms’ standards in general, working through the respective Head of Department to take corrective action where necessary.
§ 主动问候、接待客人并协助做好入住登记。
Meets and greets all guests and assists with registrations proactively.
§ 确保严格的房卡管理制度。
Ensures the strict control of room keys.
§ 确保所有客人的详细资料是根据规定准确地输入数据库中。
Ensures that all guest details are entered correctly in accordance with the principles of clean data.
§ 确保服务符合品牌标准的基本要求,适时提供更多可供选择的品牌服务。
Ensures that all company minimum brand standards have been implemented, and that optional brand standards have been implemented where appropriate.
§ 确保执行房务部经典20条。
Embraces the Rooms Top 20.
§ 为散客准备欢迎卡及房卡。
Prepares welcome cards and keys for arrival FIT guests.
§ 熟悉上海及周边的酒店及旅游信息。
Ensures accurate knowledge of hotels and the tourism in Shanghai and surrounding areas.
§ 以协助和灵活的态度与其他员工密切合作,关注酒店的整体成功和客人的满意度。
Works closely with other Front Office personnel in a supportive and flexible manner, focusing on the overall success of the hotel and the satisfaction of hotel guests.
§ 坚持发扬“群策群力”的精神。
Supports and embraces the spirit of “We work through Teams”.
§ 确保每日预抵贵宾、有特殊要求、常住客人的房间提前预留、并且通知客房部同事打扫和放置欢迎赠品。
Ensures that all daily arrival V.I.P. rooms, special request rooms, and long stay guest rooms are pre-blocked in advance, that Housekeeping is notified and that each room is prepared with the appropriate welcome amenities.
§ 确定客人抵达和离店的详情,并安排车辆接送、行李搬运及其他服务要求。
Verifies arrival and departure details and arranges luggage handling and transportation and other services requested by guests.
§ 根据酒店实际的运营需求,接受不同工作时间的班次安排,包括夜班。
Accept different shift arrangement including night shift according to hotel operation needs.
