【岗位职责】
•Support and guide subscriber hotels in maximizing hotel room revenue, RevPAR, and system delivery by utilizing all revenue management tools and resources available designed for Revenue Management for Hire.

•Produces the Annual Revenue Plan in conjunction with Executive Committee, Business Development Budgets, and forecasts.

•Produces, implements, and monitors action plans to ensure Revenue Plan objectives are achieved.
制定并执行与确保营收目标达成。
•Analyses current and potential markets/trends, coordinates all activities to maintain and increase revenue through added business volume and increased rate.

•Maximizes all revenues to and for the Hotel, including but not limited to Room and Banquet/Catering Revenues.

•Creates and implements special programmes to achieve greater productivity through:

•Manages key OTA accounts.

•Oversees the selling and servicing of group business.

•Co-ordinates the development of all promotional material.

•Provides direction on and conducts market research.
指引销售方向,引导市场调查。
•Manages all aspects of competitor intelligence; pricing; management of room inventory, and/or the yield hurdle points; distribution channels, market segment mix; acceptance/denial of major group bookings.
管理竞争对手情报;定价;房间财产清单管理和(或)对影响收益项目的管理;销售渠道,细分市场的混合;大团全预定的接受或拒绝。
•Plans and executes sales trips to major market areas.
主要市场地区的销售考察的计划与执行。
•Attends major travel functions to promote sales for the hotel.
参与主要的旅游业活动从而提高酒店的销售。
•Directs all business development activities for Business Development Managers to ensure they meet the goals of the Revenue Plan.
帮助业务发展部经理引导所有业务发展活动以确保他们可以完成收入计划目标。
•Produces monthly Sales reports and forecasts.
建立月度销售报告及预报。
•Meets with guests from major producers/organizers of big events staying in the hotel to ensure customer satisfaction.

•Supports subscriber hotels Sales & Marketing strategies by identifying and providing recommendations in terms of pricing, yield management & forecasting to achieve agreed RevPAR, RGI (if applicable) and Revenue objectives.

•Organizes weekly revenue meeting with AHG and GM / DOSM.

【岗位要求】
•At least 5 years of experience in data analysis/revenue management, with preference given to those with experience in the OTA industry and high-star hotel projects.
5年以上数据分析/收益管理工作经验,OTA 行业及高星酒店项目经验优先。
•Excellent oral and written English skills, with English serving as the working language.
英语口语及书面表达能力优秀,英语可作为工作语言。
•Possess strong analytical skills in business operations, be proficient in the knowledge of data mining and business analysis, and be skilled in using multiple data analysis tools.
具备较强的经营分析能力,熟练掌握数据挖掘与经营分析的相关知识,精通多种数据分析工具。
•Possess strong statistical analysis skills, communication abilities, and the ability to analyze and solve problems.
具备较强的统计分析能力、沟通能力、分析与解决问题的能力。
